[Trans] War of Villains PD shares lovely anecdotes about Yoon

A kid who got a backhug from a big senior he had met only for the first time. In one go, this kid was able to open the heart of the man, who had high walls built around it, and planted many seeds in that open heart. Life, the joy that comes after being nervous, the desire to accomplish something, the thought that there should be no end to trying things… even when he was shaking with nerves in front of this hyung, who was an idol to him, even when his voice went out of tune! The happy energy he had from being able to just sing, made his idol lock him in a compliment prison. (You even got your idol’s contact number! *Clap Clap emoticon* Congrats!). 

The deep energy that can be felt across 3 generations that gathered together. “Do you know this song?” That affable energy he had, speaking first to a junior that he met for the first time. The sincerity the kid had, saying he looked up his junior on the internet and talked about this and that, was the real deal. 
A kid, who in addition to being good at things and kind, had the added bonus of always being so consistent. I wonder how I can repay you for complying with every favour I asked for despite your busy schedule. He was on the casting board from the very beginning, but it kept failing for many reasons I can’t talk about. Yet, I was able to keep the promise with the little kid whose hands I held 10 years ago saying, “let’s do a music program together when you succeed.”

I’ll have to keep the promise made this time too. (Even though it’s been 10 years, we don’t really have a picture together) (Compared to 10 years ago, he’s really grown tall) (I have a lot of anecdotes about you) (Be careful keke)

Sir ! A friend born in 94 called Kang Seungyoon is coming. Do you think you can sing with him once ?
“How can I sing with kids these days! I don’t match with other singer’s styles. I won’t do a duet either.”
But he played the guitar and sang along once Seungyoon started to sing.

“If I go to Seoul at that time, I can’t practice vocals and guitar. I have a routine that I’ve been doing all my life and it won’t match with that timing”
But he came to Seoul. At the requested time.

Sir, there’s a song that became a hot issue  when Seungyoonie sang it on an audition programme. What do you think about singing it together ?
“How can I sing his song ! I won’t sing someone else’s song”
But he still practiced and sang it for us.

Sir, what do you think about appearing on YHY’s sketchbook ?
“What am I gonna do there huh !” 
You’ll sing a duet with Seungyoonie and Gain of course
“You mean people will watch if I sing with them on stage?”
But he still practiced, and arranged the songs too. and even challenged himself to rap for <Instinctively>.

Since the beginning of the year I’ve seen Mr Song about once every 2 weeks and with every request I carefully asked about, his initial response was always to say “how can I do that!”

But even so there was nothing he did not do for us. 
Variety. Jokes with gagmen. Collaboration with a young junior. The <Any Song> challenge. Appearing on YHY’s Sketchbook. Shaking up his regular routine just to match our schedule..he granted all our unreasonable requests.

Sir, how was it like being on the War of Villains?
I was nervous for the first time in my life. I broke my routine. But it was fresh for me. I’ve been living thinking that I did not want to mix with the rest of the world but now I’ve become interested in some friends that are doing music. I want to remember this feeling and I’m thinking of starting something new.

Now sir has a list of his junior’s songs that he wants to cover. He now wants to do something he hasn’t done so far in the 53 years of his career.

“I wasn’t the one who opened it, the kids opened it for me”
