On the afternoon of May 21st, actors Shin Sungrok, Lee Seyoung, Nam Gyuri, Ahn Bohyun, and Kang Seungyoon attended the final meeting/ script reading of the MBC’s new mini-series drama, ‘Kairos’ at the MBC office in Sangam, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
“’Kairos’ is a romantic fantasy thriller about a man named Seo Jin (played by Shin Sung Rok), who falls into shock when his young daughter is kidnapped, and a woman named Ae Ri (played by Lee Se Young), who is looking for her missing mother. The two, who live in the present and past respectively, work together to reverse the tragedies that have befallen them and come across new truths and cases in the process.
Kang Seung Yoon plays Lim Gun Wook, Ae Ri’s friend. Gun Wook is someone who was vulnerable and had no presence throughout school. When it comes to Ae Ri, however, he is ready to do whatever she says and is there to help her whenever she needs. Gun Wook will play an important role in Ae Ri’s search for her mother.
